Meditate On Jesus = Good Success

Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.[Christ] Under the new covenant, we get to meditate on the person of Jesus when we meditate on the Word. Jesus is the Word made flesh, and as you meditate on His love for you, on His finished work, on His forgiveness and His grace, God guarantees that you will have good success. Now, though, Paul writes that when believing happens, it is through hearing what the Lord says "through the word of Christ." Those who hear it have the opportunity to believe. Those who meditate on Jesus, on His love for you, on His finished work, on His forgiveness and His grace, their ways always become prosperous. Those who believe call on Christ. And all who call on the name of Christ will be saved (Romans 10:13). Prayer Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I thank you that your ways are ways of rest. All I have to do is meditate on Jesus and his word, and he will direct my steps, lead me to the place that I am supposed to be at and cause doors of opportunity to supernaturally open wide for me. Open up your words of life to me as I meditate on Jesus, his love for me, his finished work, his forgiveness, and his grace. Also, Heavenly Father, thank You for the people who told me about Jesus. Thank You for those that taught me that I was a sinner in need of salvation, which only comes through the sacrificial death of Christ on my behalf. Thank You for all who have proclaimed the message of Christ in my hearing. May my feet be shod with the beautiful message of peace with God by grace - through faith in Christ Jesus our Lord, in Whose name I pray, AMEN. Brenda Crawford
