RENEWING THE MIND: The Bible suggests that Christians can renew their minds by: Recognizing and calling out negative thoughts, Replacing lies with truth, Studying and meditating on Scripture, and Praying.
SPIRITUAL RENEWAL: Spiritual renewal can mean letting go of an old identity and becoming more powerful and closer to one's true self. The Holy Spirit can renew people's lives when they come to faith in Christ.

Psalm 103:1-5: "Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's"
Ephesians 4:22-24: "To be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness"

OUR PRAYER
Father God, we begin this month with gratitude, reflecting on Your promise in Isaiah 40:31. May our trust in You renew our vitality, empowering us to transcend adversity, to run with steadfast perseverance, and to walk with unwavering courage, guided by Your enduring presence. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
