February 2023 FOCUS: "STRENGTH AND COURAGE"

Fear not, for the Lord is with us. He will strengthen us and help us through adversity.

The Good News: God's love justifies our lives and fills us with hope for the future. “God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him won't perish but will have eternal life.”

We all experience times when we feel weak - whether physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually. The unexpected happens, and we feel at a loss for what to do. In these times of need, pausing to pray can provide powerful relief. God is waiting for us to call out to Him and ask Him for strength and courage.

"Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10

Dear Father God, please give us strength when we are weak, love when we feel forsaken, courage when we are afraid, wisdom when we feel foolish, comfort when we are alone, hope when we feel rejected, and peace when we are in turmoil, in the name of Jesus Christ, Hallelujah and Amen!
